Nuevo is an all day experience restaurant located in the heart of Karpathos, Pigadia. Everything on our menu is made from scratch using local and premium ingredients. Making everything in small-batches allows us to be creative and change our menu constantly. This is our second year of operation and we cannot wait for everyone to come and see what we’re all about.

Our creative, locally sourced food and beverage menu combines satisfying staples with imaginative twists. From boozy and American influenced brunches to early drinks, dinner with friends, special occasions and everything in between. Nuevo has something for everyone.

Located right on the water we offer a dining experience for both the young and young at heart. Nuevo is about sharing and exploring food without boundaries. Our dishes are always evolving based on the availability of quality market ingredients, and often, a creative whim.
